Where are we located?
We are located in Camberwell, Melbourne. The exact address will be sent to you via confirmation text & email,
upon booking. Plenty of street parking and public transport options available.

Do we travel?
We are happy to travel for groups of 2 or more that are booking for Airbrushing makeup. Travel fee will depend on your location.

What happens if I’m late?
Please understand we run our appointments back to back on a tight schedule, we require you to please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, as we are not able to rearrange other clients bookings to still accomodate those who are late.

How much do we charge and how long does each service take?

How do I cancel my booking?
If you no longer want to keep your booking you will forfeit the booking fee applied upon booking which is 50% of the total sum of your service you booked for. However you can reschedule your booking by emailing nassia@narzstudios.com This will be at Nassia's discretion and a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to do so. No refunds apply to cancellations after the 48 hours.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
By making a booking at NARZ STUDIOS you are agreeing to the following: All online bookings are to be conducted at NARZ STUDIOS unless previously arranged with Nassia through email. All cancellations will forfit the 50% deposit You may reschedule your appointment to a new date and time within a 48 hour period. If you do not show or cancel within the 48 hour timeframe the 50% booking fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling an appointment will require a new deposit to be paid if it is outside the 48 hour period.

How and when do I pay the remanding balance?
Immediately after your appointment on the day of you booking. We take cash or card.

Health & Hygiene
It is advised that you please notify us prior to your booking of any allergies or skin conditions.
Please ensure you mention any contagious sicknesses/infections or skin conditions such as conjunctivitis, cold sore etc.
Please note that no service will be performed whilst these conditions are present due to the high risk of infection being passed on to other clients. It is 100% the clients responsibility to warn us of any of these conditions, sensitivities or allergies, We will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may occur.

How should I prepare for my booking?
MAKEUP - You should be exfoliating, cleansing and moisturising your skin before a makeup application, this will help with how the makeup will look on the day and how well it will last also.
Please arrive with a clean face or this will cut into your makeup appointment time.
Wearing something that is easy to lift over your head to ensure you don't damage your makeup application.
If you are getting a spray tan done, please avoid the face or have minimal spray as it can stick to dry or rough texture on the face, and if you plan on having a spray tan for your wedding I would advise getting one done prior to your makeup trial so you can see the best representation of how the makeup will look on the day.
LASHES / BROWS- Please ensure you come in with no eye makeup, especially no mascara as this will have an effect on the end result for your lashes, do not use any oil based products afterwards and ensure not to get them wet at all 24 hours prior so you can get the most wear out of them. No fake tan on your face if you're getting brow tinting
HAIR - Please come in with washed and blowdried hair from the day before your appointment only as if its too dirty or too clean the hair style will drop allot faster.

SKIN APPOINTMENTS - Please come in with a cleansed fresh face, no makeup or skin care on. We cannot treat over fake tan either. Feel free to come in relaxed clothing as this is a time for you to wind down.
